The Ponds at Stonebridge is a community of 69 homes situated along Boulder Pond Drive in the northeast corner of the Stonebridge community. Established as a site condominium, the Ponds consists of ranch and Cape Cod style detached single-family homes located around two small ponds and surrounded by over 75 mature evergreen trees.

Each household within the community is currently assessed annual dues of $600 which covers regular operating expenses and services outlined in the communities Expenses matrix tab. In addition, the Stonebridge Community Association (SCA), which provides broader support and amenities across the larger community, assesses an annual due of $1,300. From time to time, additional voluntary contributions may be requested—particularly to support the maintenance and long-term health of community ponds, as an example.
