The Facilities Committee is responsible for physical structures and fixtures throughout Stonebridge.  These include: curbs, roads & sidewalks; streetlights, street signs & crosswalks; mailbox clusters & many miscellaneous fixtures.  The committee also manages snow removal.  Several inspections are conducted each year, and contracts are administered for repairs.  Equally important are reports from residents via Contact Us.  These efforts ensure that Stonebridge remains attractive, functional, and aligned with community standards.
