The Community Standards Committee plays a vital role in preserving the appearance, integrity, and livability of Stonebridge. This group identifies and addresses by-law concerns, CCR (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions) infractions, and policy violations. They also review Architectural submissions and recommend policy updates that reflect the evolving needs of our neighborhood.
In addition, the committee provides oversight—and in some cases, approval—for planned exterior home repairs, remodeling projects, or landscaping changes.
If you are planning a project that requires prior approval, you must first complete the Architectural Change Request Form (See: Documents tab)
