The Stonebridge Community Association (SCA) annual dues for 2026 are $1,300.00 per household. Note that this is the Master Association dues and is separate from any local neighborhood association dues — both are obligations for your household.

• Mail the coupon along with your check in the provided envelope, OR mail/deliver directly to:

To pay online by credit card or e-check, follow these steps:

1. 1. Go to www.thecondopros.com and click the ‘Pay Now’ button at the bottom of the homepage.
   2. On the bank site (C-Property Pay), do NOT sign up or log in — click directly on ‘Pay Assessments.’
   3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
   4. On the ‘Pay Assessments – Confirm Property’ screen, enter the following:
      • Management Company ID: 6024
      • Association ID: 032
      • Property / Account Number: Your account number from the billing coupon (e.g., 32-3471)
   5. Click ‘Pay by eCheck’ or ‘Pay by Card’ and complete the payment.

Note: E-checks have a small fee of $2.50. Credit and debit card payments are subject to a convenience fee charged by the bank. For questions, call Jenna at Select: (734) 663-1900 ext. 231.

Payments received after the due dates are subject to Late Fees as required by the Association’s collection policy. Additionally, per the SCA Collection Policy (amended in 2018), delinquent accounts that are 45 days overdue may be sent to a Collection Agency. You have two payment options:

Option 1 – Full Payment: Pay the entire $1,300.00 by December 31, 2025.

Option 2 – Two Installments: Split the dues into two equal payments of $650.00 each:

• First payment of $650.00 due by December 31, 2025
• Second payment of $650.00 due by June 30, 2026

Yes. The Financial Hardship Policy allows financially troubled unit owners to apply for a payment plan for their 2026 dues. To apply:

1. Complete the enclosed Financial Hardship Form (personal info, amount requested, reason for hardship, and proposed payment plan).
2. Submit the completed form to Aaron Hawley at Select Management by December 31, 2025.
3. If approved, electronic withdrawal will be used and the payment plan commences immediately.

Important: Annual dues and late fees cannot be waived. If you used a hardship plan in 2025, you MUST submit a new form for 2026. The SCA Board will notify you of their decision within 30 days. If denied, you may submit new supporting information within 15 days of the denial notice.
