Explanation of Dues

Each community association listed above may charge monthly and/or annual dues in addition to the SCA Annual Dues. The SCA, or Stonebridge Community Association, is the parent organization that oversees the broader Stonebridge neighborhood. These dues help fund the maintenance and improvement of shared infrastructure such as roads, storm drains, landscaping, and other common areas that benefit the entire community.

Management Note

Like several of the communities, the Stonebridge Community Association employs Select Management to assist with day-to-day financial operations and other administrative tasks necessary to run the association efficiently.
