The Links is made up of 58 single-family homes located in the northwest corner of our community. The homes are bordered by Maple Road on the left side of the picture and the 14th fairway of the Stonebridge Golf Club on the right side of the picture.
The street shown is Sawgrass Drive West, but Links homes are also located on Moors Court and Spyglass Court (roads to the left) and Links Court and part of Augusta Court (roads extending north at the top of the picture).
Homes in the Links neighborhood offer designs ranging from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet and typically include 3-4 bedrooms with 2-4 bathrooms.

Dues
Each household within the community is currently assessed an unknown due ,which covers regular operating expenses and services outlined in the communities Expenses matrix tab. In addition, the Stonebridge Community Association (SCA), which provides broader support and amenities across the larger community, assesses an annual due of $1,300. From time to time, additional voluntary contributions may be requested—particularly to support the maintenance and long-term health of community ponds, as an example.
The Links currently has no extra association fees.
