The HighPointe neighborhood within the Stonebridge community includes 86 detached, site-based condominiums. HighPointe Villas was the last neighborhood developed and is now fully built. Units are either story and a half or ranch style, and many units have daylight or walkout lower levels. Several units back up to the 17th hole of Stonebridge Golf Course. It's a distinctive neighborhood maintained to the highest standards with a charming feature—cupola and garage coach lights that are lit from dusk to dawn.
Homeowners own their condominium including property and are responsible for the unit’s maintenance. The HighPointe homeowner’s association (HOA) is responsible for lawn care, snow removal from driveways and porches, annual replenishment of mulch in the front of the unit, and irrigation watering costs including minor repairs to the irrigation system. HighPointe homeowner dues are set at $250/month to pay for these services.
Many HighPointe homeowners participate in social activities including regularly scheduled lunches for both women and men, a euchre group, book club, Mahjong group, group outings to Detroit and other locations, and driveway parties held throughout the spring, summer and fall. HighPointe residents receive quarterly newsletters keeping everyone updated on past and future activities.
