The Doral Creek condominium unit is part of a group of homes in Crooked Sticks, Doral Creek, Fairways, Fairway Woods, and Twin Islands that share a common design theme based on four distinct floor plans. These homes range in size from a 1,700 square foot ranch-style unit to a 2,400 square foot two-story.
Most units offered at least three bedrooms, with four bedrooms in units offering a full second story and either four or five bedrooms in units with finished lower levels. Some lower levels are walk-out units, others are view out. However each neighborhood offered certain unique options such as large decks overlooking ponds and fairways or extensive glass-enclosed porches overlooking wooded views. Additionally, a large list of individual options from gas fire places, upgraded kitchens, vaulted and cathedral ceilings, and en-suite baths allowed for a wide range of individual expression so that each purchaser could design the perfect Stonebridge condominium.
