Dues
Each household within the Twin Islands Association (TIA) community is currently assessed a monthly assessment of $475, which covers regular operating expenses and services outlined in the community's Expenses matrix tab.
In addition, the Stonebridge Community Association (SCA), which provides broader support and amenities across the larger community, assesses an annual assessment of $1,300. From time to time, additional voluntary contributions may be requested—particularly to support the maintenance and long-term health of community ponds, as an example.
Twin Islands has contracted with Select Community Management (Select) as our community manager. Homeowners are encouraged to create a login with Select, where account information is maintained. Select has multiple payment options available to Homeowners. Most use a direct withdrawal to pay monthly assessments.  Our Community Association Manager is Jim Sutton, 734-663-1900, jsutton@the condopros.com. TIA work requests or account questions can be placed with Jim by phone or email.
Twin Islands has contracted Twin Oaks Landscape for TIA to provide most grounds services. Grounds maintenance and replacement that is not covered by TIA, can be done by the homeowner or service provider of their choice.
